Our evidence and matching approach

An organisation is only suggested when our approved records contain in-date evidence for every essential requirement in your confirmed brief, it covers the locations you named, and its availability has been confirmed. Otherwise we tell you why nothing is suggested.

What "evidence-backed" means

How matching decides

Fixed, written rules — not the assistant — decide the result. The assistant can help explain the result using only the evidence shown, but it cannot change it or add organisations. Possible results are:

Before a reviewer proposes or records an introduction, the organisation is checked again. If its evidence, availability or permission has expired since your pathway was shown, the introduction is blocked until it is reviewed.

Does a listing mean a company has been verified?

No. Being shown as an option means our approved records contained in-date evidence for the specific requirements checked, on the date of the check. It is not an audit, certification, endorsement or guarantee of performance. You should carry out your own due diligence before any agreement.

What information is shared, and when

Your inquiry stays with Bangladesh Next reviewers. If a reviewer proposes a named organisation, you see the exact text that would be shared and can amend it. Only after you authorise that exact version is anything shared, and reviewers record when an introduction was made.
